It's kinda hard to tell, but she drove in on an angle between both spaces. She could have just parked in the empty handicapped spot...she had a permit. lol btw, this was at the liquor store! lol...maybe she was in a hurry to get the booze...I don't know...lol
AHHH this vehicle looks parallel with the yellow painted lines on the pavement? Are not the handicapped stalls next to the store entrance??? Any ways she looks like a fossil from the clarity of the photo (white hair in curls) not no PALMela HANDerson ~_O.
