Vehicle: late model silver suv
That was very decent of you. I was motoring down 14 St SW. There is a sign ahead that my lane was ending due to construction. As I made an effort to move into the adjacent lane this Dumb @ss speeds up and sounds the horn almost running me into the construction pylons. I had no choice but to proceed into the lane or jam on the brakes and run into the construction site. The speed limit was reduced to 50 km/h and I was moving just under that but this Dumb @ss Clown does not give a hoot just a toot!
