Vehicle: Tan Jeep Cherokee
It's a 2 lane highway & the left lane is moving slower then the right lane. Why? Because this CLUELESS WONDER about 20 cars ahead is going a whole 60mph in the passing lane! Oh wait, going downhill now so ya have to ride your brakes. Make that 55mph...So my exit is almost in site & I signal and get in the right lane with plenty of room. BUT I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IS COMING! As the right lane is still moving faster, I'm almost up to the CLUELESS WONDER and just when you thought he couldn't be any dumber, he OUTSTUIPDS himself and goes to get off the exit, 50 FEET FROM IT & WITHOUT EVEN A TURN SIGNAL! Gave him a good blast of my horn and he shot left only to try and cut off the car behind me. What the f%&k is in the water here?

Oh my, you be safe on them Highways in RI! lol I know if I ever visit, I will! lol But I see it here too! Although I am beginning to think I am the only one who gets pissed at bad drivers here in Nova Scotia! hahaha
