I often find people driving like it's the Daytona 500, only to wind up behind them at every red light as well. Here, it's often called "traffic calming" to make sure you keep stopping, because (I am told) if you have non stop traffic, people's speeds will increase to a dangerous point. Ah I miss Texas. I lived there and it was fun.
