Vehicle: Grey Escort Wagon
In a 65 mph zone on 295, I am in right lane to get to my exit and the next thing I know I have to practically floor the brake to keep from hitting this guy. Everyone else is doing about 70, this guy is doing 35 (not on the exit, on the highway!). Then on Rt. 73, a 50 mph zone, he does the same 35mph.
