He got a new car! Too bad he hasn't learned to drive any better. The same norm, tailgating everyone in sight, on his way into the Hamptons, to terrorize anyone who may (GOD FORBID) be WALKING in the a residential neighbourhood!

The third time. Every time I have seen him, he has been riding bumpers in rush hour traffic, following too close, speeding up to vehicles that are stopped at red lights, speeding in construction zones, freaking out in his vehicle. He would really enjoy his drive a lot better if he just realized he will get where he is going when he gets there.
