There is NO way this truck would pass a safety.
You should report it to the CPS. The less dangerous vehicles on the road the better.
You can do that? I was told that at a road check some 70%+ gravel trucks did NOT pass safety. This puts our safety and the safety of the employees told to drive these unsafe vehicles at risk.
