During the course of my work, I do a LOT of driving on highways. This guy is a real piece of work. First, he sees a Sheriff's car on the end of the Deerfoot trail, at about Cranston. The guy freaks out and his car dances all over his lane, and at one point almost ends up in the Sheriff's lap. The guy then proceeds to pass people and then SLOW DOWN. When one truck passes him, he SPEEDS UP, so the truck speeds up to pass him as his lane is ending. The car then passes the truck and you got it, SLOWS DOWN. As soon as the Sheriff turns off, he hammers it in his Sebring. I end up behind him over by the Petro Can/A&W exit off of Highway 2, heading into High River on the "back way". This guy, on an TWO LANE highway tries to pass a pick up, and TWO semis on the SHOULDER. Then tailgating everything in sight (read: 18 wheelers), he turns into Cargill. All this, why? He was late for work!
