Vehicle: Brown Toyota Supra
I have no idea where this is in terms of Range Roads. I max out the rage meter because this was excessively dangerous. This car drove across all lanes of traffic on the highway, and actually WAITED for the cars to get CLOSER before going. This could easily have wound up with the driver of the Supra dead. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb!
