Vehicle: Large white pick-up truck with red "4x4" letters across the back
This couple drives into the parking lot, and then proceed to throw several empty bottles toward the road (with traffic on it) and yelling. The garbage can was less than five feet from them, and they actually walked further to throw their garbage at the street!
They get some food from the restaurant and then go speeding out of the lot again and tearing down the road.

I really hate assclowns like these who have no respect for our environment and our communities. Don't be caught doing that in my town or I'll report you and make damn sure you spend your next 10 weekends picking used condoms off our highways and parking lots.
