Vehicle: Blue car with a "No exit" decal on back window
Was speeding and swerving right in front of us, even though we just had the first giant snow of the year.
Eventually ran a red. It wasn't even like, "Oh, it was yellow and questionable and he couldn't stop in time." He just went straight through without slowing down. Thought he was going to crash into every car he passed.
