Vehicle: Older Red dodge truck w/ black side panels
I was driving up the 28A heading toward Hwy 37, stopped at the 2 way stop- this truck behind me blew through the stop sign, then passed me over the solid yellow line going about 100 in a 60 zone. There were 3 young guys in the truck- they then came up on a white truck and went to pass it, but instead they drove beside it on the wrong side of the road for a few kms, the white truck stopped and these idiots in the red truck parked on the middle of the hwy- in the wrong lane, got out and started beating on the white truck, which then took off and pulled into a school yard up the road- the occupants of both vehicles got into a fist/ kicking fight. Police were called, but by the time they got there, everything was done.
