Vehicle: Honda (dark color)
The driver of this vehicle is reckless and full of road rage. He constantly cuts in and out of traffic and speed up/slow down randomly in the aim of pissing other drivers off. While the driver was on one of his slowing/braking moves, another car went in front of him. Being the road rager that he is, he sped up immediately and tailgated this vehicle for the longest time. Driving is not a game asshole. The next time I see you doing crap like this, I will be calling the cops on you.
