Vehicle: Ford Escort ZX2 (blue)
The driver (female) clearly doesn't know how a 4-way stop functions. Following the car in front to go through the intersection is just idiotic. She obviously forgot something really important... like actually coming to a full stop and let other people who have stopped before you go first. Actually I think she did it on purpose just to save 5-10 seconds. I had to brake hard to avoid hitting the side of her car and laying on the horn in order to get her attention. Simply ridiculous. I haven't been this mad on the mad in a long time.
