Vehicle: Crappy white/rusty 20 year old Cavalier
This little teen (female) moron did not yield to an approaching ambulance in a congested construction zone and she forced drivers who did pull over back onto the side of the road when they reentered the roadway after yeilding. Dangerous little inconsiderate ignorant idiot.
