Vehicle: Tan GMC Dual Wheel Welding Truck
Captain asshole has arrived and he's driving a dual wheel truck and doesn't care WHO he wrecks! This asshole exceeds the speed limit multiply and flies up on the back end of cars on a two lane road, right on their ass and cuts off anyone and everything just as he tailgates them. I can only imagine his white knuckled passengers. Congratulations captain asshole, you've been caught on Plate Rage!
