Vehicle: Gold 4 door Sedan VOLVO
This guy is a menace to society on the road. I watched him texting on his phone and driving swivering all over the road and he blew 4 stop signs in a residential neighborhood. He almost hit a pedestrian and didn't even slow down or stop. I was so disgusted; I had to follow him home. He lives at 1934 Powells Landing, Woodbridge, VA 22191. I'm filing a complaint with the police department in Prince William County. This guy needs his drivers license taken away. He's a danger to society on the road and is going to kill someone.
