This person is crazy -- wearing dark sunglasses on a dark overcast day - if you're going to drive like an idiot, don't have personalized plates! On Feb.24 driving down Dufferin I see this fool driving in and out of cars trying to get somewhere in a hurry-dangerous driving in the snow - caught up to them at the next lights. Funny how all the ducking and weaving and pissing people off doesn't get you anywhere any faster. Noticed the personalized plate... next day 8:00am she cuts me off on Teston so she doesn't have to wait in the long line to turn left. If I didn't love my truck I should have smacked right into her. She again proceeded to drive in and out all the way down Dufferin and be a pest to all the other drivers. Smarten up - take your time - being an ass on the road doesn't get you any where any faster and you are an annoying little shit to everyone else on the road -- this leads to very bad Karma and will come back and bite you one day - and if all the stars are aligned you will be charged with careless driving.

I'm not too sure, but the use of certain controlled substances that are not obtained at the local pharmacy are known to cause heightened sensitivity to light.
