Vehicle: Ford Fusion (blue)
When both vehicles, one from the left and one from the right, are changing to the middle lane at the same time, the vehicle on the right has the right of way... especially when the vehicle on the right is a car length ahead. The driver from the left in a Ford Fusion had some entitlement problem and thought that the lane was HIS and honked and flashed high beam, when he was in the wrong.
