From what I've heard, it's called plate rage..so if you have a rage about a plate, then you can rage, so there..if you really want..I did drive down the road behind this person after this incident, and now I'm adding my rage that she didn't signal when she did a left hand turn, happy now jackass?

haha, well it was a ucfv school parking lot, probably she was just in a rush to get the hell outta that place! :P its all good now...but if she had hit me!!! :P
