Incidents uploaded to are not moderated. When submitting an incident, all users confirm that that this is a truthful account of the incident in question, that all media submitted is original, owned by them and un-watermarked, and they grant full and irrevocable rights to use this information and media online.

As the Site is established by in England, English Law shall govern its use at all times and in the event of a dispute, the relevant parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. also adheres to all European Union regulations governing its use.
